From Denver International Airport (DIA):
After arriving at Denver International Airport, Fort Collins is approximately 70 miles (113 km) north of Denver. You have several options for traveling from DIA to Fort Collins:
Rental Car: Follow the signs to the rental car area. From DIA, take I-25 North toward Fort Collins, then follow directions to CSU as described below (about an 1-hour drive).
Shuttle Service: There are several shuttle services that provide direct transportation from DIA to Fort Collins, such as Groome Transportation or Green Ride. These services typically drop passengers off at hotels or CSU campus locations.
All conference participants are required to check with their local US Embassy or Consulate for visa requirements.
GADRI Secretariat is able to issue a Letter of Invitation in English upon completion of payments for registration and hotel accommodation for the duration of the conference to prove acceptance to participate in the 7th Global Summit if you need them for visa procedure.
However, this letter does not guarantee a visa. With regard to hotel cancellation policies, please check with the hotel registration system.
Further, GADRI Secretariat has no control over the visa application process or the decisions taken by the US Embassy or Consulate.
Please note that GADRI Secretariat is not able to issue additional documents required for visa such as organization registration letter, letter of guarantee, schedule of stay, local sponsorship or governmental format letters.
Should your visa application be rejected, GADRI Secretariat takes no responsibility for the expenses incurred by you. Neither can it engage to change the decision by the US Department of State (Government), nor with the US embassies or consulates.
Participants who require visas are advised to start the process as early as possible.
