• Acceptance of abstract/s for presentation at the Oral, poster, or seeds and needs networking sessions
• Completion of registration
• Receipt of completion of registration fees

The 7th Global Summit of GADRI is planned as an in-person conference to be held at the Lory Student Center, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado, USA from 21 to 23 July 2025.

Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of GADRI will be held at the same venue on 20 July 2025.

Registrations will be opened from 1st November 2024 to 30 June 2025. Refer to registration fee categories below for deadlines of the fees.

We hope you will make arrangements to attend both events, the Celebration of the 10th Anniversary and the 7th Global Summit of GADRI.

Target Audience:

We urge all those who are actively engaged in DRR activities and other integrated and interdisciplinary research, young scientists, science-policy brokers, and policy makers to make use of this opportunity to engage in discussion and share their experiences and contributions to disaster risk reduction and resilience to disasters.

We encourage, especially our member institutes, to take this opportunity to participate and share their progress and achievements in DRR.

Registration fee:

• Early bird: US$400/participant – 31 May 2025
• Regular registration fee: US$450 – from 1 Jun - 30 Jun
• Registrations after deadline - from 1 July 2025: US$550/participant

(From 1 July 2025 - as the registration site will be closed, payments should be made onsite/on the day by cash.)

• Cancellations fees will apply too.

• Accommodation should be arranged by the participants. We have given links of a few recommended hotels.
