The Charter of the Global Alliance of Disaster Research Institutes (GDRI) was finalized at the Board of Directors meeting held at the GADRI Secretariat, Disaster Prevention Research Institute (DPRI), Kyoto University, Uji Campus, Kyoto, Japan on 24 June 2016.
