GADRI Secretariat is able to issue a Letter of Invitation in English upon completion of registration and hotel reservation to prove acceptance to participate in the 6th Global Summit. However, this letter does not guarantee a visa.
All other conference participants are required to check with their local Japanese Embassy or Consulate for visa requirements.
GADRI Secretariat has no control over the visa application process or the decisions taken by the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please note that GADRI Secretariat is not able to issue additional documents required for visa such as organization registration letter, letter of guarantee, schedule of stay, local sponsorship or governmental format letters.
Should your visa application be rejected, GADRI Secretariat cannot engage to change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, or with the Japanese embassies or consulates.
Participants who require visas are advised to start the process as early as possible.
