The 12th International Conference of the International Society for Integrated Disaster Risk Management (IDRiM2022) under the theme on "Critical Steps for research and practice in disaster risk management in the age of climate change and COVID-19 pandemics" will be hosted by Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Research Institute for Sustainability and Disaster Management based on High Performance Computing and Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering from 21 to 23 September 2022.

The main objective of the conference is to:

• Showcase contributions that not only advance the state of the art in integrated disaster risk management research and effectiveness, but also summarize, synthesize, and assess field specific information in order to set future priorities in DRR;
• Strengthen networking between the academic community, practitioners and authorities and representatives of civil society in the field of disaster risk reduction;
• Share DRR policies and practices in the current pandemic situation in the different countries and extract important essences for DRR in the future.
  
  
  

The abstract submission deadline is 30 June 2022.
